Opening categories will include European Favorites, Italian Kitchen, Thai + Southeast Asian, Fire + Grill, Caribbean + Latin, American Comfort, Vegan + Plant-Based, Brunch + Shareables, Desserts + Sweets, and Cocktails + Bar. The goal is range without chaos: a disciplined menu of signature dishes that can be executed consistently, priced responsibly, and expanded as demand proves itself.
